Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: To begin the return process, please ensure your return meets the criteria stated in our "Valid Reasons for Return" section below.

2. Ship Your Item: Please send the item(s) back to us at the following address:

   Kindly note that we do not offer a pick-up service. The responsibility to safely ship the item back lies with you, the customer. Ensure that the product is packed well and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Valid Reasons for Return: Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:

• Product is defective or damaged upon arrival

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition and reason for return, we will process your refund. Please allow a specified number of days (usually 7-14 business days) for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.
